How Cancellations Work

Once the tour has been confirmed in writing, if a client needs to cancel, they will be liable for cancellation fees based on how far in advance the cancellation is made. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company, and a written response from the Company must be received to finalise the cancellation.

No refund will be made if a client does not undertake the Tour without having given written cancellation prior to the tour start and received a response from the Company.

Cancellation Fee Schedule

The following fees apply based on the number of days before the tour start date:

More than 61 days before tour 30% of total tour price Full deposit retained — no further charges apply

60 – 45 days before tour 50% of total tour price Half the total tour value is forfeited

44 – 31 days before tour 75% of total tour price Three-quarters of the total value is forfeited

30 – 0 days before tour 100% of total tour price No refund — the full tour value is forfeited
